AudioRelay's Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AudioRelay application ("Service").

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

3. Description of the Service

The Service allows users to stream audio between devices.

Features, availability, and compatibility may change over time without notice.

4. Accounts

Creating an account is optional.

Accounts may be used to associate subscriptions, in-app purchases, or one-time purchases with a user.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

  • Accounts registered by bots or any other automated methods are not permitted.
  • Unless otherwise specified, each User must register only one account.
  • Unless explicitly permitted, a User account may not be shared with other persons.

4.1. Account deletion

Users can delete their account through the applications or the website.
However, deletion of the account will not be possible until the subscription period paid for by the User has expired.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or disrupt the Service
  • Circumvent technical restrictions or payment systems
  • Use the Service in a way that may harm other users or the infrastructure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, trademarks, and content, remain the exclusive property of the operator.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal and lawful purposes.

No ownership rights are transferred to you.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid features may be offered through third-party platforms, including but not limited to Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and Paddle.

Payments, billing, renewals, and refunds are handled by these platforms and are subject to their respective terms and policies.

We do not directly process payments and cannot override the policies of these providers.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The Service may be suspended or limited for maintenance, technical issues, or other reasons.

We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Platform Compatibility

The Service do not guarantee compatibility with all devices, operating system versions, or hardware configurations.

Support for specific platforms, devices, or operating system versions may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time, without prior notice.

Older or unsupported systems may experience reduced functionality, security issues, or complete loss of access to the Service.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and operating system meet the current technical requirements.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • Your use creates legal or technical risks
  • We are required to do so by law

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Termination does not affect outstanding payment obligations.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements or operate without errors.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data, revenue, or profits
  • Business interruption
  • Device or system malfunction

Our total liability, for any claim related to the Service, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the previous twelve months, if any.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

13. Privacy

We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Changes will be effective upon publication on our website or within the Service.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France, unless otherwise required by law.
